PICK THE RIGHT STICK.

A good lacrosse stick will help you play your best, that’s why it’s important to know what to look for when choosing a stick. Do your research. If you don’t feel confident in selecting a stick, Pequannock Lacrosse Club suggests you speak with your coach or a program leader or visit a dedicated lacrosse store. Try to avoid big box stores or the least expensive stick. At the same time, there is no need to buy the most expensive stick.
